Eligibility for Returns and Refunds
At Qikink, we prioritize customer satisfaction and product quality. Our return and refund policy ensures a seamless experience for both sellers and their customers.
Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items:
- If the product received is misprinted, defective, or damaged, sellers can request a return within 7 days of delivery.
- To process such claims, an unboxing video and images of the defective item along with the original packaging are mandatory.
- Upon verification, Qikink will reprint and ship a replacement at no additional cost.
Customer-Initiated Returns (Non-Defective Products):
- If a customer wishes to return or exchange a product due to personal preferences (wrong size, change of mind, etc.), Qikink does not provide refunds or exchanges.
- Sellers must place a new order to fulfill the customer's request at their own expense.
Return Process
Reverse Pickup (For Eligible Returns):
- A reverse pickup can be arranged within 5 days of delivery.
- The reverse shipping cost is equal to the forward shipping cost.
- For example, if an order contains 5 products, the return shipping charge will apply to all 5 products, though sellers may return only the defective items if needed.
Undelivered or Return to Origin (RTO) Orders
If an order is undelivered due to incorrect address, non-availability of the recipient, or other reasons, it will be marked as Return to Origin (RTO).
The RTO product will be sent back to the following address:
HUEPress, 42A, Ambrose Nagar, Somanur Road, Karumathampatti, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu – 641659.
No additional charge is applied for RTO orders. Sellers can reship the order to the correct address by placing a new order.
Refunds Policy
- Refunds are not provided for print-on-demand products unless the product is defective or misprinted.
- If a refund is approved due to product damage or printing error, the refund will be processed and credited via the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to Qikink’s error.
- Return and damaged products will be processed within 7days.
Important Notes:
- Claims made after 7 days from the delivery date will not be entertained.
- Refunds are not applicable for incorrect customer information leading to order failure.
- If a dispute arises, Qikink reserves the right to assess the situation and make the final decision.
